Naturegram Video Greetings are super cool and very caring, fun and sweet! They provide members a distinctively meaningful way of reaching out to friends and family.

Membership includes the following exclusive array of optional benefits:

• An Address Book – Store your contacts’ email addresses, so sending greetings is quick and easy.

• A Personalized Calendar – Mark all of your special days and events.

• Reminders – Tell us what you need to remember and our Reminder Notification email and cell phone service will make sure you never miss a big day or special occasion.

• My Favourites – Store all your favourite greetings in one convenient location for easy access.

• Video Greeting History – View all the greetings you’ve sent in the past 30 days, with an option to cancel or re-send greetings that have not been delivered yet.

• Birthday Alert – Set birthday alerts by adding the birth dates of family and friends. Their birthday information will be saved to your Address Book and you can choose to receive email reminders when birthdays are near.

Yes. On the Home page click Free Trial you may select, personalize and send up to three Naturegrams from a pool of eight.

• Log into your NVG account.
• Click on the ‘My Options’ dropdown menu arrow.
• Select ‘My Account’ on the upper left of the dropdown menus.
• The ‘Upgrade Your Account’ linked text is located beneath the ‘My Options’.

You can recover your password by doing the following:

• Go here to access the login page.

• Put your username or email address in the “Re-send lost password” box and click the “Send Password” button.

• You will receive an email to reset your Naturegram password.

To change your password:

• Click here to sign in with your user name ID and your current password.

• From the main menu list select ‘My Options’, and select ‘My Account’.

• On your ‘My Account’ page find and click the “Change Password” button and follow the prompt.

To change your email address:

• Go here to sign in, enter your user name ID and password.

• From the main menu list select ‘My Options’, and select ‘My Account’.

• In the email address text box enter your new email address. Note: any email you enter must be linked to the Paypal account you have authorized for our system.

• Next, click outside the text box and our system will auto-save your new email to our database.

Membership has four levels: Free Trial, 3-months, 1-year and 2-years. Please note that even our Free Trial requires a basic membership.

If you have any trouble personalizing and sending a video greeting, then refer to the help items below:

• Click here to sign in and open your desired video categories.

• Hover your cursor over any video to activate it.

• Read the Greeting Message below each video’s title. Have your audio enabled to hear the video.

• Click on the video thumbnail you like and a larger viewing window will open on the personalizing page. From there you can play it, enlarge it and decide if you want to add a message and send it.

• On the lower right hand side of the video there are more options. You may select another greeting, or add the selected video to your “Favourites.”

• At this point, to the lower right of the video, you have ‘MORE’ options to select another greeting or add the selected video to your “Favourites.” Otherwise:

• To personalize a video greeting before sending, type your personal note in the message box. When you are happy with it, click the green box: “Personalize and Send” and complete the form that opens in the next window. On this screen you add the recipient’s name and email address (you may already have it in your Address Book on the right). You can also add more recipients within that form.

• To personalize your greeting in a new window, click the “Continue Next Step” button.

• To see what your greeting will look like on the receiver’s end, click the PREVIEW button. You may now edit your message if you choose. When you are happy with your greeting click the SEND NOW button. For more options, click the “More Options” box located just above the PREVIEW and SEND NOW buttons.

• Recipients receive an email announcing they have been sent a Naturegram Video Greeting. This message contains an ‘Open Your Greeting Now’ clickable button. Clicking on that button opens a colourful greeting delivery box. Click on the video and the greeting will play.

• Below the video the receiver is offered the option to send a thank you message.

• If for some reason the email delivery links don’t activate, the receiver can copy the Video Greeting ID Number contained in the greeting notification email message, and enter this number on our Video-Greeting Pick-up Page here.

Yes. On our Membership page you may purchase a Gift Subscription to send to anyone. Thank you!

Our videos feature very short snippets of songs. And Our audio tracks often include ambient and natural sounds which can obscure the music. That said, here is a shout-out to our primary Naturegram music snippet contributors:

Sorry, no. The amount of technical juggling involved prohibits that option. However, we are contemplating a limited custom Naturegram offering for a future date. At this time, only your personal message can be customized.

Our dedicated and enthusiastic members can offer their input and ideas for Naturegram videos or website improvements by simply using the ‘Contact’ form at the bottom of this page. Also, as a member you will be notified as new changes and options are added to NVG. Note: This website is run by a small creative team, so please have patience while waiting for replies to your feedback.

We do not store, process, sell, change or accumulate any of your personal or financial information, beyond what is required to offer, process and retain your membership subscription, as detailed in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use sections on this page.

You can cancel your membership by doing the following:

• Click here to to sign in with your user name ID and password.

• From the main menu list select ‘My Options’, and select ‘My Account’.

• On your ‘My Account’ page, under the tab “Financial Information” find and click the “Cancel Membership” button.

• If your account is a Free Basic Membership, then the system will delete your account right away.

• If your account is a Paid Account, then you have to wait for the administrator to receive your request. They will cancel your subscription and will change your Paid Account to a Free Basic Membership. When your account becomes a Free Basic Membership, you can then delete it or leave it in the system should you decide to return at a later date.
